Business Director, Sattva Connect · Sattva Master Teacher · Psychotherapist · Vedic Astrologer · Mentor
Saraswati is the Business Director of Sattva Connect, a Sattva Master Teacher, Vedic Astrologer, Psychotherapist, and Mentor, devoted to evolution on both a personal and collective level. Her work supports individuals on the path of awakening, transformation, and embodiment — living enlightenment in everyday life.
Her journey with Sattva began in a mystical way. In 2013, while recovering from back surgery, she experienced an astral vision in which she first encountered Himalayan Master Yogi Anand Mehrotra. The following year she traveled to Rishikesh, India, to complete his Yoga Teacher Training in 2014.
Since then, Sattva has become a living part of her path. Saraswati has spent extended time living at Sattva with her son, and for many years has served as one of the lead teachers at the Sattva Yoga Academy, primarily teaching kriya, pranayama, and mantra - the subtle body practices at the heart of the tradition.
Alongside her teaching, she works with Vedic astrology, energy psychology, and transformational mentorship, guiding individuals through cycles of growth, healing, and awakening. She is also the founder of Sattvic Living, a platform dedicated to conscious living, sacred practice, and the cultivation of a life lived with presence and intention.
Through her teachings and guidance, Saraswati invites students to reconnect with their inner intelligence and embody the wisdom of yoga in the way they live, relate, and lead their lives.
Yoga is living with greater presence, awareness, and harmony - aligning body, mind, heart, and action with what is true within.
Meditation, mantra, and breath. These practices bring me back, again and again, to the heart - to simplicity and clarity.
To trust life more deeply. To listen closely to the quiet intelligence within, and to move with sincerity, love, and moment-to-moment truth.
As within, so without. When the seer changes, so does the seen. The experiencer shapes the experience. Life can only be as joyous as you are!
Awakening happens in a moment; the integration of that awakening unfolds in time. We awaken, and we continue to awaken. This is living enlightenment. Through the practice of yoga, we refine our state and deepen our experience of love, peace, harmony, and joy - sourcing it from within.
A space where they can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and remember the wisdom that already lives within them.
