A Little More About Me

What yoga means to me today

Yoga means to remember and experience your divine essence. By realizing that we can live in union with all and everything - we can experience peace. Life is yoga and leads to living a life of love union and peace.

The practice I return to again and again

The full integrated practice: Puja, Meditation, Pranayama, Kriya, Asana, Mantra, Mudra, Japa, Yagya and Bhakti.

What I am currently learning on my path

When I continuously anchor myself in Truth, all knowledge I need to know is revealed. All in its own time. Trusting the unknown and receiving what life is offering is part of the joy of the path.

A mantra or truth I live by

Om Namah Shivaya, the Maha Mantra, and the Gayatri Mantra. These mantras anchor me in Transformation, Devotion, Joy and Inner light.

A teaching that continues to guide me

Life is happening as you. Living simply and aligning with the cycles and laws of nature remains a profound teacher.

What I hope students experience in my classes

A sense of opening - calm, stillness, and connection to a greater field of awareness. A moment beyond the mind, where something deeper is remembered, and a curiosity arises to continue looking within for peace. Gratitude for life.
